We are excited to announce that effective September 1, 2022, WHOCO Lighting and Controls has been acquired by SESCO Lighting.
Founded in 1967, SESCO Lighting looks forward to adding to WHOCO’s 30+ year legacy in the Carolinas. Originally founded by William “Bill” Onley, the WHOCO torch was carried on by Josh and Amy Allen when they purchased the company in 2017.
We would like to extend a big thank you to all the clients and partners who have supported WHOCO over the years. We look forward to adding to the exceptional service, knowledge, and partnership that you have enjoyed from WHOCO.
Finally, we will work closely with our manufacturer partners and clients to ensure this transition is both seamless and successful as we add more resources to further strengthen our team and presence in the Carolinas. The future is bright, and we’re excited for the opportunity to share our passion for lighting and controls with you.
